PropROI Pro ("we," "our," or "the app") is developed by PropROIPro.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

PropROI Pro is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

Property Data: All property information you enter (addresses, prices, income, expenses) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
Location Data: If you use the On-Site Scout feature, we access your device's GPS to tag property locations. Location data is stored locally on your device only.
Photos: Photos taken with On-Site Scout are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

Third-Party Services

The app may connect to the following third-party services:

Apple MapKit — for address autocomplete

These services receive only the address you are analyzing. We do not send personal information to these services.

In-App Purchases

PropROI Pro uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. All purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data. We do not have access to your property analyses, financial data, or any information you enter into the app.

Analytics

PropROI Pro does not include any third-party analytics SDKs. We do not track your usage behavior, screen views, or interactions within the app.

Children's Privacy

PropROI Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
