PropROI Pro is a real estate investment analysis calculator for iOS. The app provides financial calculations, projections, and analysis tools to help evaluate rental property investments.
PropROI Pro is a calculator tool, not a financial advisor. All calculations, projections, deal verdicts, and smart suggestions are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any investment decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of calculations or the suitability of any investment.
PropROI Pro offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro Unlock") that provides access to additional features. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final and handled by Apple.
All property data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The app uses Apple MapKit for address autocomplete. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
PropROI Pro, including its design, code, and content, is owned by PropROIPro.com. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropROIPro.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
